Benefactor list
A member of the BTNB Executive Team, qualified in their field to provide expertise, information, and services to benefit your personal growth and entrepreneurial expansion. There are three main ways that you will interact with your Boss Benefactor:
Learn from engaging live-streamed and prepared presentations that are given by your selected Boss Benefactor on topics relating to their area of expertise.
Interact with your benefactor and other members in your benefactor group where you can ask questions, make comments and discuss benefactor material.
Using our private session feature you can discuss detailed and private information about your wealth journey with your benefactor. Benefactors will be able to answer your detailed questions and keep you motivated to succeed.
We offer two different categories of Benefactors – Life Skills and Business Skills. Take a moment to review their profiles to learn more about their background and how essential they could be to your growth and development. You will have the chance to work with your Benefactor on a continuous basis, however, the awesome part is that you will have the ability to change your Benefactor at the beginning of each month if you would like to gain insight from a different Benefactor. Selecting a Boss Benefactor isn’t mandatory but it is recommended for you to take advantage of the hands-on sessions and networking opportunities. This is a feature that is included in your membership at no additional cost.
Dr. Paul Thornton
Business Organizational Structure
Dr. Paul has lived in the Atlanta metro area for the last 20 years. He is married to Ida and has two children – Paula and David. Dr. Paul has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems. He used his M.I.S. degree to start Thornton Consulting in 1999 where he provided Information Technology services for area hospitals, doctors’ offices, and local businesses in the Atlanta area for 10 years. In 2011 he went back to school and received a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership and started Thornton Leadership Solutions. In 2019, Dr. Paul Thornton earned his Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University. Dr. Paul is an experienced leadership coach and consultant with over 20 years of progressive experience with for-profit and non-profit organizations. Dr. Paul specializes in addressing Multi-Generational issues within the workplace as well as the design and delivery of unique leadership training for C-suite executives and organizations. Dr. Paul uses his expertise in the areas of Leadership Coaching, Leadership Consulting, Leadership Development, Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Organizational Development to drive outcomes for organizations. Dr. Paul's mission is to Help Leaders Execute Their Vision.
